AGRICULTURE

The Environmentally Sensitive Areas (Breadalbane) Designation Amendment Order 1992

Made 28th August 1992
Laid before Parliament 1st September 1992
Coming into force 2nd September 1992

    The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 18(1), (4) and (11) of the Agriculture Act 1986[1], and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, with the consent of the Treasury, hereby makes the following Order:
        1.    This Order may be cited as the Environmentally Sensitive Areas (Breadalbane) Designation Amendment Order 1992 and shall come into force on 2nd September 1992.
        2.    In article 8 of the Environmentally Sensitive Areas (Breadalbane) Designation Order 1992[2] for the words "31st July" there shall be substituted the words "2nd September".

EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the Order)
    This Order corrects an error in the Environmentally Sensitive Areas (Breadalbane) Designation Order 1992 ("the 1992 Order"). It provides that the provisions of the Environmentally Sensitive Areas (Breadalbane) Designation Order 1987 (S.I. 1987/653) and the Environmentally Sensitive Areas (Breadalbane) Designation (Amendment) Order 1988 (S.I. 1988/491) (both of which were revoked by the 1992 Order) shall continue to apply to agreements under those Orders made prior to the coming into force of the 1992 Order.
    This Order is being made available free of charge to all those who purchased the 1992 Order.
