CHARITIES

The Charities (Misleading Names) Regulations 1992

Made 28th July 1992
Laid before Parliament 7th August 1992
Coming into force 1st September 1992

    In exercise of the powers conferred upon me by section 4(2)(c) of the Charities Act[1], I hereby makes the following Regulations:
        1.    These Regulations may be cited as the Charities (Misleading Names) Regulations 1992 and shall come into force on 1st September 1992.
        2.    The words and expressions set out in the Schedule to these Regulations, together (where appropriate) with the plural and possessive forms of those words and expressions and any abbreviation of them, are hereby specified for the purposes of section 4(2)(c) of the Charities Act 1992.
