NATIONAL HEALTH SERVICE, ENGLAND AND WALES

The Aylesbury Vale Community Healthcare National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Amendment Order 1992

The Secretary of State of Health, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 126(3) of the National Health Service Act 1977^[1] and section 5(1) and paragraph 3 of Schedule 2 to the National Health Service and Community Care Act 1990^[2] and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement
    1.—(1)  This Order may be cited as the Aylesbury Vale Community Healthcare National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Amendment Order 1992 and shall come into force on 11th August 1992.

Amendment of Establishment Order
    2.    In article 4 of the Aylesbury Vale Community Healthcare National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1991^[3] for the words "4 non-executive" there shall be substituted "5 non-executive" and for the words "4 executive" there shall be substituted "5 executive".

This Order amends the Aylesbury Vale Community Healthcare National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1991 to alter the number of non-executive and executive directors to be appointed to the trust from 4 to 5.
