This Statutory Instrument has been made in consequence of a defect in S.I. 1992/1 and is being issued free of charge to all known recipients of that Statutory Instrument. STATUTORY INSTRUMENTS
HOUSING, ENGLAND AND WALES The North Hull Housing Action Trust (Transfer of Property) (No. 2) Order 1992
1. This Order may be cited as the North Hull Housing Action Trust (Transfer of Property) (No. 2) Order 1992 and shall come into force on 10th August 1992.
2. In this Order

The interest of the council in the housing and other land within the area designated as a housing action trust area by the North Hull Housing Action Trust (Area and Constitution) Order 1991[3] which is known as 119 (odd) South Close shall vest in the trust on the transfer date together with all easements and rights vested in the council which are annexed or appurtenant to the land transferred by this Order (or any part of the land).
4. The trust shall be entitled to all money paid to it or to the Council in the period from 27th January 1992 to the transfer date in respect of rent under tenancies of any of the housing transferred by this Order.
