ROAD TRAFFIC The Motor Vehicles (Tests) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 1992
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Motor Vehicles (Tests) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 1992 and shall come into force
2. The Motor Vehicles (Tests) Regulations 1981[3] shall be further amended in accordance with the provisions of these Regulations.
3. In the regulations specified in column 1 of the Table below for the amounts specified in column 2 of the Table there shall be substituted the amounts specified in column 3 of the Table. TABLE
4. In regulation 20, for sub-paragraph (b) in paragraph (1) there shall be substituted

Amendments coming into force on 1st August 1992 1. Fees for test examinations are increased as follows:
Amendments coming into force on 1st January 1993 3. Fees for certain test examinations will be further increased (further to those mentioned in paragraph 1 of this note) as follows:
Fees on appeal and fees for duplicate test certificates 4. In the case of the vehicles mentioned in paragraphs 1 and 3 of this note, the fee payable on an appeal, where a notice of the refusal of a test certificate has been issued, is the same amount as the fee payable under regulation 20(1), while the fee for a duplicate test certificate is one half of this amount. These fees will be increased accordingly.
