PORT HEALTH AUTHORITIES ENGLAND AND WALES

The Beaumaris Port Health Authority (Revocation) Order 1992

The Secretary of State for Wales, in exercise of powers conferred by sections 2 and 4 of the Public Health (Control of Disease) Act 1984^[1] and all other powers enabling him in that behalf, having given notice required by section 4(2) of that Act of his proposal to make this Order and not having received any notice of objection thereto, hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement
    1.    This Order may be cited as the Beaumaris Port Health Authority (Revocation) Order 1992 and shall come into force on 10th July 1992.

Revocations
    2.    The Orders specified in the Schedule to this Order are hereby revoked.
