ROAD TRAFFIC

The Motor Vehicles (Off Road Events) (Amendment) Regulations 1992

Made 25th June 1992
Laid before Parliament 26th June 1992
Coming into force 1st July 1992

    The Secretary of State for Transport, as respects England, the Secretary of State for Wales as respects Wales, and the Secretary of State for Scotland, as respects Scotland, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 13A of the Road Traffic Act 1988[1] and of all other enabling powers and after consultation with representative organisations in accordance with section 195(2) of that Act, hereby make the following Regulations:
    Citation and commencement
        1.    These Regulations may be cited as the Motor Vehicles (Off Road Events) (Amendment) Regulations 1992 and shall come into force on 1st July 1992.
        2.    In regulation 2 of the Motor Vehicles (Off Road Events) Regulations 1992[2], for the words "Auto-Club Union" there shall be substituted the words "Auto-Cycle Union".
