ROAD TRAFFIC

The Road Traffic Act 1991 (Commencement No. 4 and Transitional Provisions) (Amendment) Order 1992

Made 15th June 1992
Coming into force 30th June 1992

    The Secretary of State for Transport in exercise of the powers conferred by section 84 of the Road Traffic Act 1991[1] and of all other enabling powers, hereby makes the following Order:
        1.    This Order may be cited as the Road Traffic Act 1991 (Commencement No. 4 and Transitional Provisions) (Amendment) Order 1992 and shall come into force on 30th June 1992.
        2.    In article 6(5) of the Road Traffic Act 1991 (Commencement No. 4 and Transitional Provisions) Order 1992[2], after the words "where a person is,"there shall be inserted the words "on or".

    This Order amends the Road Traffic Act 1991 (Commencement No. 4 and Transitional Provisions) Order 1992 so as to correct a textual error.
