ROAD TRAFFIC

The Road Traffic Act 1991 (Commencement No. 4 and Transitional Provisions) (Amendment) Order 1992

The Secretary of State for Transport in exercise of the powers conferred by section 84 of the Road Traffic Act 1991^[1] and of all other enabling powers, hereby makes the following Order:

    1.    This Order may be cited as the Road Traffic Act 1991 (Commencement No. 4 and Transitional Provisions) (Amendment) Order 1992 and shall come into force on 30th June 1992.

    2.    In article 6(5) of the Road Traffic Act 1991 (Commencement No. 4 and Transitional Provisions) Order 1992^[2], after the words "where a person is,"there shall be inserted the words "on or".

This Order amends the Road Traffic Act 1991 (Commencement No. 4 and Transitional Provisions) Order 1992 so as to correct a textual error.
