EVIDENCE

The Blood Tests (Evidence of Paternity) (Amendment) Regulations 1992

The Lord Chancellor, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 22 of the Family Law Reform Act 1969^[1], and now vested in him^[2], hereby makes the following Regulations:

    1.    These Regulations may be cited as the Blood Tests (Evidence of Paternity) (Amendment) Regulations 1992 and shall come into force on 1st July 1992.

    2.    For Schedule 2 to the Blood Tests (Evidence of Paternity) Regulations 1971^[3] there shall be substituted the Schedule set out in the Schedule to these Regulations.
