The Blood Tests (Evidence of Paternity) (Amendment) Regulations 1992

Laid before Parliament 10th June 1992
Coming into force 1st July 1992

    The Lord Chancellor, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 22 of the Family Law Reform Act 1969[1], and now vested in him[2], hereby makes the following Regulations:
        1.    These Regulations may be cited as the Blood Tests (Evidence of Paternity) (Amendment) Regulations 1992 and shall come into force on 1st July 1992.
        2.    For Schedule 2 to the Blood Tests (Evidence of Paternity) Regulations 1971[3] there shall be substituted the Schedule set out in the Schedule to these Regulations.
