PUBLIC HEALTH, SCOTLAND The Control of Pollution (Licensing of Waste Disposal) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 1992
1.(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Control of Pollution (Licensing of Waste Disposal) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 1992, shall come into force on 9th July 1992 and shall extend to Scotland only. (2) In these Regulations "the principal Regulations" means the Control of Pollution (Licensing of Waste Disposal) (Scotland) Regulations 1977([2]).
2. In regulation 2(4) of the principal Regulations the following definitions shall be inserted in the appropriate places in alphabetical sequence:

(3) In paragraph (2) after the words "(a) to (k)" there shall be added the words "and (m) and (n)". (4) After paragraph (3) there shall be added the following paragraph:
