ANIMALS ANIMAL HEALTH The Sheep Scab (Revocation) Order 1992
1. This Order may be cited as the Sheep Scab (Revocation) Order 1992 and shall come into force on 1st July 1992.
2.(1) The Sheep Scab (National Dip) Order 1990[2], the Sheep Scab (National Dip) (Amendment) Order 1991[3] and the Sheep Scab Order 1992[4] are hereby revoked. (2) In the Transit of Animals Order 1927[5] in article 1 in the definition of "Disease" the reference to sheep scab shall be deleted. (3) In the Animals (Miscellaneous Provisions) Order 1927[6] in article 4(3) in the definition of "Disease" the reference to sheep scab shall be deleted. (4) In Schedule 2 to the Importation of Animals Order 1977[7] the reference to the Sheep Scab Order of 1938 as amended shall be deleted.
