The Sexual Offences (Amendment) Act 1992 (Commencement) Order 1992

In exercise of the powers conferred upon me by section 8(3) of the Sexual Offences (Amendment) Act 1992^[1] I hereby make the following Order:

    1.    This Order may be cited as The Sexual Offences (Amendment) Act 1992 (Commencement) Order 1992.

    2.    The Sexual Offences (Amendment) Act 1992 shall come into force on 1st August 1992.

This Order brings into force on 1st August 1992 all the provisions of the Sexual Offences (Amendment) Act 1992.
