EXTRADITION The Extradition (British Antarctic Territory) (Commonwealth Countries, Colonies and Republic of Ireland) Order 1992
At the Court at Buckingham Palace, the 4th day of June 1992 Present, The Queen's Most Excellent Majesty in Council
1.(1) This Order may be cited as the Extradition (British Antarctic Territory) (Commonwealth Countries, Colonies and Republic of Ireland) Order 1992. (2) This Order shall come into force on 6th July 1992.
2. Sections 1(2), 2, 5, 6 (other than subsection (2)), 7 (other than subsection (6)), 8, 9 (other than subsections (3), (4) and (7)), 10 (other than subsections (8) and (13)), 11 (other than subsection (6)), 12 (other than subsection (4)), 14 (other than subsection (3)), 16, 17, 19, 20, 21, 23, 25, 27, 28, and 35 of the Extradition Act 1989, modified and adapted as in the Schedule hereto, shall extend to the British Antarctic Territory.
3. The Fugitive Offenders (Extension) Order 1967[3] is hereby revoked in so far as it forms part of the law of the British Antarctic Territory.
