METROPOLITAN AND CITY POLICE DISTRICTS CABS The London Cab Order 1992
1. This Order may be cited as the London Cab Order 1992 and shall come into force on 30th May 1992.
3. For paragraph 40 (scales of fares excluding extras) there shall be substituted the following
(2) In any case where the fare according to the scale prescribed in sub-paragraph (1) above is less than £1.00 the fare payable shall be £1.00, and in any other case where the fare exceeds a multiple of 20p by a sum which is less than 20p the fare payable shall be the next higher multiple of 20p." .
