AGRICULTURE

The Milk Quota (Calculation of Standard Quota) (Scotland) Amendment Order 1992

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by paragraph 6 of Schedule 2 to the Agriculture Act 1986(^[1]), and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:

Application, citation and commencement
    1.    This Order, which applies to tenancies in Scotland, may be cited as the Milk Quota (Calculation of Standard Quota) (Scotland) Amendment Order 1992 and shall come into force on 15th May 1992.

Amendment of principal order
    2.    The Milk Quota (Calculation of Standard Quota) (Scotland) Order 1986(^[2]) is hereby amended by substituting for the Schedule thereto the Schedule to this Order.

Revocation
    3.    The Milk Quota (Calculation of Standard Quota) (Scotland) Amendment Order 1991(^[3]) is hereby revoked.
