EDUCATION, SCOTLAND The Paisley College of Technology Scheme (Amendment) Regulations 1992
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Paisley College of Technology Scheme (Amendment) Regulations 1992 and shall come into force on 27th May 1992.
2. For section 25 of the Paisley College of Technology Scheme (1954)([2]) there shall be substituted the following section:
and related subjects. (2) Without prejudice to the generality of their powers under the foregoing sub-section the governing body may
(3) Subject to the provisions of this scheme the governing body shall have all the rights, powers and privileges necessary or expedient to enable them to carry this provision into effect." .
