EDUCATION, ENGLAND AND WALES

The School Teachers' Pay and Conditions Act 1991 (Commencement No. 3) Order 1992

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 6(5) of the School Teachers' Pay and Conditions Act 1991^[1], the Secretary of State for Education and Science hereby makes the following Order:

    1.    This Order may be cited as the School Teachers' Pay and Conditions Act 1991 (Commencement No. 3) Order 1992.

    2.    Section 2(9) of the School Teachers' Pay and Conditions Act 1991 shall come into force on 30th March 1992.

The School Teachers' Pay and Conditions Act 1991 (Commencement No. 1) Order 1991 (S.I. 1991/1874) brought into force sections 1, 4, 5 and 6(1), (2), (4) and (5) of and Schedule 1 to the School Teachers' Pay and Conditions Act 1991. The School Teachers' Pay and Conditions Act 1991 (Commencement No. 2 and Transitional Provision) Order 1992 (S.I. 1992/532) brought into force the remaining provisions of the 1991 Act, except sections 2(7) and (9). This Order brings into force section 2(9) of the 1991 Act.
