HOUSING, ENGLAND AND WALES HOUSING, SCOTLAND SOCIAL SECURITY The Housing Benefit and Community Charge Benefit (Subsidy) Amendment Regulations 1992
1.(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Housing Benefit and Community Charge Benefit (Subsidy) Amendment Regulations 1992 and shall come into force on 6th April 1992. (2) In these Regulations "the Subsidy Regulations" means the Housing Benefit and Community Charge Benefit (Subsidy) Regulations 1991[5].
