RACE RELATIONS, ENGLAND AND WALES RACE RELATIONS, SCOTLAND The Race Relations Code of Practice (Non-Rented Housing) Order 1992
1. This Order may be cited as the Race Relations Code of Practice (Non-Rented Housing) Order 1992 and shall come into force on 1st April 1992.
2. The day appointed for the coming into effect of the Code of Practice in Non-Rented Housing for the elimination of racial discrimination and the promotion of equal opportunities (ISBN 1-85442-073-9) issued by the Commission for Racial Equality under section 47(7) of the Race Relations Act 1976 is 18th June 1992.
