LOCAL GOVERNMENT, SCOTLAND The City of Edinburgh and Midlothian Districts (Edinburgh City By-pass) Boundaries Amendment Order 1992
1. This Order may be cited as the City of Edinburgh and Midlothian Districts (Edinburgh City By-pass) Boundaries Amendment Order 1992 and shall come into force on 1st April 1992.
2. In this Order
3. Save insofar as they can have no application in relation to the area changes effected by this Order, the provisions of the 1977 Regulations shall apply in relation thereto for the purposes of, or in consequence of, this Order.
4.(1) Those parts of the City of Edinburgh District in Lothian Region, being the areas described in Part I of the Schedule to this Order, namely:
(2) Those parts of Midlothian District in Lothian Region, being the areas described in Part II of the Schedule to this Order, namely:
5.(1) Area A described in Part I of the Schedule to this Order (being the area A transferred by article 4(1)(a) of this Order)
(2) Area B described in Part I of the Schedule to this Order (being the area B transferred by article 4(1)(a) of this Order)
(3) Area C described in Part I of the Schedule to this Order (being the area C transferred by article 4(1)(b) of this Order)
(4) Area D described in Part I of the Schedule to this Order (being the area D transferred by article 4(1)(b) of this Order)
(5) Area E described in Part II of the Schedule to this Order (being the area E transferred by article 4(2)(a) of this Order)
(6) Area F described in Part II of the Schedule to this Order (being the area F transferred by article 4(2)(b) of this Order)
(7) Each of the areas G and J described in Part II of the Schedule to this Order (being the areas G and J transferred by article 4(2)(a) of this Order)
(8) Area H described in Part II of the Schedule to this Order (being the area H transferred by article 4(2)(a) of this Order)
