NATIONAL HEALTH SERVICE, ENGLAND AND WALES

The North Tees Health National Health Service Trust (Transfer of Trust Property) Order 1992

The Secretary of State for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 92(1) of the National Health Service Act 1977^[1] and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, having regard to the change in the arrangements for the administration of hospitals and other establishments and facilities formerly managed by North Tees Health Authority resulting from the establishment of the North Tees Health National Health Service Trust^[2], having consulted that Health Authority and that Trust in accordance with section 92(3) of that Act, hereby makes the following Order:

Citation, commencement and interpretation
    1.—(1)  This Order may be cited as the North Tees Health National Health Service Trust (Transfer of Trust Property) Order 1992 and shall come into operation on 1st April 1992.

    (2)  In this Order—
"the Authority" means North Tees Health Authority;
"the Trust" means the North Tees Health National Health Service Trust;
"the trust property" means the items specified in a schedule of trust property prepared by and agreed upon by the Authority and the Trust on 17th February 1992, which schedule has been signed on behalf of both the Authority and the Trust.

Transfer of trust property
    2.    On 1st April 1992 the trust property shall be transferred from the Authority to the Trust.

This Order transfers to the North Tees Health National Health Service Trust on 1st April 1992 trust property formerly held by North Tees Health Authority. A copy of the schedule of trust property to which the Order refers can be obtained at the Department of Health, National Health Service Trust Unit, Richmond House, 79 Whitehall, London SW1A2NS.
