INDUSTRIAL ASSURANCE

The Industrial Assurance (Fees) Regulations 1992

Made 4th March 1992
Laid before Parliament 6th March 1992
Coming into force 1st April 1992

    The Industrial Assurance Commissioner, with the approval of the Treasury, in exercise of the powers conferred upon her by section 43 of the Industrial Assurance Act 1923[1] and of all other powers enabling her in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:—
        1.    These Regulations may be cited as the Industrial Assurance (Fees) Regulations 1992 and shall come into force on 1st April 1992.
        2.    In the Regulations "the Act" means the Industrial Assurance Act 1923.
        3.    The fees set out in the Schedule hereto shall be payable in respect of the matters set out therein.
        4.    The Industrial Assurance (Fees) Regulations 1991[2] are hereby revoked.
