The Copyright Tribunal (Amendment) Rules 1992

    The Lord Chancellor, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 150 of the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988[1], after consultation with the Lord Advocate, hereby makes the following Rules:—
        1.    These Rules may be cited as the Copyright Tribunal (Amendment) Rules 1992 and shall come into force on 27th March 1992.
        2.    Rule 50A of the Copyright Tribunal Rules 1989[2] is hereby revoked.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the Rules)
    Rule 50A (notice of intention to exercise right) was inserted in error in the Copyright Tribunal Rules 1989 (S.I. 1989/1129) by the Copyright Tribunal (Amendment) Rules 1991 (S.I. 1991/201). These Rules revoke it.
