PLANT BREEDERS' RIGHTS The Plant Breeders' Rights (Potatoes) (Variation) Scheme 1992
1. This Scheme may be cited as the Plant Breeders' Rights (Potatoes) (Variation) Scheme 1992 and shall come into force on 6th April 1992.
2. In paragraph 4 of the Plant Breeders' Rights (Potatoes) Scheme 1965[4] for the words "25 years" there shall be substituted the words "30 years".
