ROAD TRAFFIC

The Road Traffic Act 1991 (Commencement No. 3) Order 1992

Made 2nd March 1992

    The Secretary of State for Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 84 of the Road Traffic Act 1991[1] and of all other enabling powers, hereby makes the following Order:
    Citation and interpretation
        1.    This Order may be cited as the Road Traffic Act 1991 (Commencement No. 3) Order 1992.
    Commencement provisions
        2.    The provisions of the Road Traffic Act 1991 specified in the first column of the Schedule to this Order which relate to the matters specified in the second column of that Schedule shall come into force on 1st April 1992 subject to the limitations (if any) specified in the third column of that Schedule.
