ROAD TRAFFIC

The A41 Trunk Road (Brentfield Gardens, Barnet) (Prohibition of Right Turn) Order 1992

Made 17th February 1992
Coming into force 24th February 1992

    The Secretary of State for Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 6(1) and (3) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984[1], and of all other enabling powers, and after consultation with the Commissioner of Police of the Metropolis pursuant to section 7(6) of that Act[2], hereby makes the following Order:
        1.    This Order may be cited as the A41 Trunk Road (Brentfield Gardens, Barnet) (Prohibition of Right Turn) Order 1992 and shall come into force on 24th February 1992.
        2.    In this Order, "Brentfield Gardens" means the length of the road known as Brentfield Gardens in the London Borough of Barnet which is part of the southbound entry slip road to the length of the A41 trunk road known as Hendon Way at the junction of that trunk road with the A406 trunk road known as North Circular Road.
        3.    No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to cross Brentfield Gardens so as to make a right turn into or out of any of the private means of access serving the properties numbered 14, 15, 16, 17 and 18 Brentfield Gardens, London NW2.
