AGRICULTURE The Environmentally Sensitive Areas (Pennine Dales) Designation (Amendment) Order 1992
1. This Order may be cited as the Environmentally Sensitive Areas (Pennine Dales) Designation (Amendment) Order 1992 and shall come into force on 25th February 1992.
2. The Environmentally Sensitive Areas (Pennine Dales) Designation Order 1992[2] shall be amended in accordance with article 3 below.
(2) Where an agreement includes the additional provisions specified in Schedule 2 or Schedule 3, the Minister shall make payments at the rate of £210 per annum for each hectare of meadowland which under the agreement is subject to the provisions of Schedule 2, and at the rate of £25 per annum for each hectare of managed woodland which under the agreement is subject to the provisions of Schedule 3. (3) Where an agreement includes one or more of the conservation plan operations specified in Schedule 4, the Minister shall make payments according to the operations which are carried out at a rate not exceeding £100 per annum for each hectare of land to which the agreement relates, subject to a maximum of £3,000 per agreement." .
