CONTAMINATION OF FOOD

The Food Protection (Emergency Prohibitions) (Paralytic Shellfish Poisoning) (No. 13 Partial Revocation) Order 1992

Made 22nd January 1992
Laid before Parliament 23rd January 1992
Coming into force in accordance with article 1

    The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 1(1) and (2) and 24(1) and (3) of the Food and Environment Protection Act 1985[1], and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:
    Citation and commencement
        1.    This Order may be cited as the Food Protection (Emergency Prohibitions) (Paralytic Shellfish Poisoning) (No. 13 Partial Revocation) Order 1992 and shall come into force atr 11.00 hours on 22nd January 1992.
    Partial revocation
        2.    The Food Protection (Emergency Prohibitions) (Paralytic Shellfish Poisoning) (No. 13) Order 1991[2] except in so far as it applies to the area described in the Schedule to this order is hereby revoked.
