LOCAL GOVERNMENT, ENGLAND AND WALES The Local Government (Publication of Information About Unused and Underused Land) (England) Regulations 1992
(2) In these Regulations "the Code" means the Code of Recommended Practice for the Publication of Information About Unused and Underused Land Owned by Specified Local Authorities in England, set out in the Annex to the Department of the Environment Circular 18/89, issued by the Secretary of State for the Environment on 9th August 1989 under section 2 of the Local Government, Planning and Land Act 1980 and published within the United Kingdom by Her Majesty's Stationery Office.
