VETERINARY SURGEONS

The Veterinary Surgeons and Veterinary Practitioners (Registration) (Amendment) Regulations Order of Council 1992

At the Council Chamber, Whitehall, the 14th day of January 1992

By the Lords of Her Majesty's Most Honourable Privy Council

Whereas in pursuance of section 11 of the Veterinary Surgeons Act 1966^[1] the Council of the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons has made the Veterinary Surgeons and Veterinary Practitioners Registration (Amendment) Regulations 1992 set out in the Schedule to this Order:

Now, the refore, Their Lordships, having taken the said Regulations into consideration, are hereby pleased, in exercise of the power conferred on Them by section 25(1) of the said Act, to approve the same.

This Order may be cited as the Veterinary Surgeons and Veterinary Practitioners (Registration) (Amendment) Regulations Order of Council 1992.
