The Nature Conservancy Council (Dissolution) Order 1991

Made 20th December 1991

    The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 138(2) of the Environmental Protection Act 1990[1], and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, after consultation with the Nature Conservancy Council, the Nature Conservancy Council for England, the Nature Conservancy Council for Scotland and the Countryside Council for Wales, and being satisfied that nothing remains to be done by the Nature Conservancy Council, hereby makes the following Order:
        1.    This Order may be cited as the Nature Conservancy Council (Dissolution) Order 1991.
        2.    The day specified under section 138(2) of the Environmental Protection Act 1990 for the dissolution of the Nature Conservancy Council is the 21st December 1991.
