PLANT HEALTH

The Import and Export (Plant Health Fees) (Forestry) (Great Britain) (Amendment) Order 1991

Made 7th November 1991
Laid before Parliament 8th November 1991
Coming into force 1st December 1991

    The Forestry Commissioners, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by sections 1(2)(a), 2, 3(1) and 4A of the Plant Health Act 1967[1] and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, and with the consent of the Treasury, hereby make the following Order:
    Title and commencement
        1.    This Order may be cited as the Import and Export (Plant Health Fees) (Forestry) (Great Britain) (Amendment) Order 1991 and shall come into force on 1st December 1991.
    Amendment of the principal Order
        2.    The Import and Export (Plant Health Fees) (Forestry) (Great Britain) Order 1990[2] shall be amended by substituting for the Schedules thereto (which set out lists of fees) the Schedules set out in the Schedule to this Order.
