The Food Protection (Emergency Prohibitions) (Paralytic Shellfish Poisoning) (No.12 Partial Revocation) Order 1991

Made 30th October 1991
Coming into force in accordance with article 1

Laid before Parliament31st October 1991

    The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 1(1) and (2) and 24(1) and (3) of the Food and Environment Protection Act 1985[1], and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:
    Citation and commencement
        1.    This Order may be cited as the Food Protection (Emergency Prohibitions) (Paralytic Shellfish Poisoning) (No.12 Partial Revocation) Order 1991 and shall come into force at 16.00 hours on 30th October 1991.
    Partial Revocation
        2.    The Food Protection (Emergency Prohibitions) (Paralytic Shellfish Poisoning) (No.12) Order 1991[2] except in so far as it applies to the area described in the Schedule to this Order is hereby revoked.
