EXPORT AND INVESTMENT GUARANTEES

The Export and Investment Guarantees Act 1991 (Commencement) Order 1991

The Secretary of State, in the exercise of his powers under Section 15(6) of the Export and Investment Guarantees Act 1991^[1], hereby makes the following Order:-

    1.    This Order may be cited as the Export and Investment Guarantees Act 1991 (Commencement) Order 1991.

    2.    The provisions of the Export and Investment Guarantees Act 1991 shall come into force on 23rd October 1991.

This Order brings into force on 23rd October 1991 the whole of the Export and Investment Guarantees Act 1991.
