AGRICULTURE

The Milk Quota (Calculation of Standard Quota) (Scotland) Amendment Order 1991

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by paragraph 6 of Schedule 2 to the Agriculture Act 1986^[1], and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:

Application, citation and commencement
    1.    This Order, which applies to tenancies in Scotland, may be cited as the Milk Quota (Calculation of Standard Quota) (Scotland) Amendment Order 1991 and shall come into force on 11th November 1991.

Amendment of principal order
    2.    The Milk Quota (Calculation of Standard Quota) (Scotland) Order 1986^[2] is hereby amended by substituting for the Schedule thereto the Schedule to this Order.

Revocation
    3.    The Milk Quota (Calculation of Standard Quota) (Scotland) Amendment (No. 2) Order 1987^[3], the Milk Quota (Calculation of Standard Quota) (Scotland) Amendment Order 1988^[4] and the Milk Quota (Calculation of Standard Quota) (Scotland) Amendment Order 1990^[5] are hereby revoked.
