The Dartford-Thurrock Crossing Tolls Order 1991

The Secretary of State for Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred by subsection (4) of section 17 of the Dartford-Thurrock Crossing Act 1988^[1] (in this Order referred to as "the Act of 1988"), and of all other enabling powers, and on 1st August 1991, which is the next revision date for the purposes of that subsection, as defined by subsection (3) of the said section 17, hereby makes the following Order:

    1.    This Order may be cited as the Dartford-Thurrock Crossing Tolls Order 1991 and shall, in accordance with section 17(11) of the Act of 1988, come into force on1st September 1991.

    2.    The classes of vehicles in respect of which tolls may be levied under the Act of 1988 are set out in column (1) of the Schedule to this Order. The amounts of the tolls leviable in respect of those classes of vehicles shall be those set out opposite thereto in column (2) of that Schedule.

    3.    The Dartford-Thurrock Crossing Tolls Order 1990^[2] is hereby revoked.
