MERCHANT SHIPPING The Collision Regulations (Seapanes) (Guernsey) (Amendment) Order 1991
At the Court at Buckingham Palace, the 20th day of March 1991 present, The Queen's Most Excellent Majesty in Council
(1) In article 1(2), for the words "as amended by Resolution A464 (XII) of the International Maritime Organisation[5] and as further amended with effect from 19th November 1989 by Resolution A626(15) of that Organisation" there shall be substituted "as amended by Resolutions A646 (XII) (b) and A626(15)[6] of the International Maritime Organisation and as further amended with effect from 19th April 1991 by Resolution A678(16) of that Organisation". (2) In article 4, after the words "the Merchant Shipping (Distress Signals and Prevention of Collisions) Regulations 1989"[7] there shall be added "as amended by the Merchant Shipping (Distress Signals and Prevention of Collisions) (Amendment) Regulations 1991, and"[8] and after the words "the Merchant Shipping (Distress Signals and Prevention of Collisions)(Guernsey) Order 1989"[9] there shall be added "as amended by the Merchant Shipping (Distress Signals and Prevention of Collisions) (Guernsey) (Amendment) Order 1991"[10].
