NATIONAL HEALTH SERVICE, ENGLAND AND WALES The National Health Service Training Authority and Disablement Services Authority Regulations 1991
1.(1) These Regulations may be cited as the National Health Service Training Authority and Disablement Services Authority Regulations 1991 and shall come into force on 1st April 1991. (2) In these Regulations:
2. Any officer employed by the Old Authority immediately before 1st April 1991 shall on that date be transferred to the employment of the new Authority and the contract of employment between such officer and the old Authority shall be modified so as to substitute the new Authority as the employer.
3. The National Health Service Training Authority Regulations 1983[3], the National Health Service Training Authority Amendment Regulations 1986[4] and paragraph 5 of Schedule 3 to the Regional and District Health Authorities (Membership and Procedure) Regulations 1990[5] are hereby revoked.
4. The Disablement Services Authority Regulations 1987[6] and paragraph 8 of Schedule 3 to the Regional and District Health Authorities (Membership and Procedure) Regulations 1990 are hereby revoked.
