EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the Regulations)
These Regulations correct an error in Schedule 1 to the Assured and Protected Tenancies (Lettings to Students) Regulations 1988 as amended by the Assured and Proteced Tenancies (Lettings to Students) (Amendment) Regulations 1990. The reference in that Schedule to "International Students Housing Society" is changed to "International Students House" which is the correct title of that body.
