The Non-Domestic Rating (Collection and Enforcement) (Local Lists) (Amendment and Miscellaneous Provision) (Amendment) Regulations 1991

Coming into force 15th February 1991

    The Secretary of State for the Environment, as respects England, and the Secretary of State for Wales, as respects Wales, in exercise of the powers conferred upon them by sections 143(1) and (2) and 146(6) of, and paragraphs 1 and 2 of Schedule 9 to the Local Government Finance Act 1988[1], and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Regulations:
    Citation and commencement
        1.    These Regulations may be cited as the Non-Domestic Rating (Collection and Enforcement) (Local Lists) (Amendment and Miscellaneous Provision) (Amendment) Regulations 1991 and shall come into force on 15th February 1991.
    Amendment of regulations
        2.    Regulation 2 of the Non-Domestic Rating (Collection and Enforcement) (Local Lists) (Amendment and Miscellaneous Provision) Regulations 1991[2] is amended by the substitution for the words "in accordance with regulations 4 and 5 below" of the words "in accordance with regulations 3 and 4 below".

EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the Regulations)
    These Regulations correct an error in regulation 2 of the Non-Domestic Rating (Collection and Enforcement) (Local Lists) (Amendment and Miscellaneous Provision) Regulations 1991. For the reference in that regulation to regulations 4 and 5 a reference to regulations 3 and 4 is substituted.
