EMPLOYMENT AND TRAINING

The Industrial Training (Transfer of the Activities of Establishment) Order 1990

Made 18th April 1990
Coming into force 21st May 1990

    The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 3 of the Industrial Training Act 1982[1] ("the 1982 Act") and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:—
    Citation and commencement
        1.    This Order may be cited as the Industrial Training (Transfer of the Activities of Establishment) Order 1990 and shall come into force on 21st May 1990.
    Transfer of establishment's activities
        2.    The activities carried on at the establishment specified in column 1 of the Schedule to this Order, being an establishment of an employer in the industry of an industrial training board, shall instead of being included for the purposes of the 1982 Act in the industry of the industrial training board established by the industrial training order specified in column 2 of that Schedule, be included for those purposes in the industry of the industrial training board established by the industrial training order specified in column 3 of that Schedule.
