This Statutory Instrument has been made in consequence of a defect in S.I. 1990/671 and is being issued free of charge to all known recipients of that Statutory Instrument. STATUTORY INSTRUMENTS
SOCIAL SECURITY The Social Security (Claims and Payments) Amendment Regulations 1990
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Social Security (Claims and Payments) Amendment Regulations 1990 and shall come into force for the purposes of regulations 1 and 3 on 8th April 1990 and for the purposes of regulation 2 on 9th April 1990.
2.(1) Regulation 6 of the Social Security (Claims and Payments) Regulations 1987[4] (date of claim) shall be amended in accordance with this regulation. (2) In paragraph (1) for the words "Subject to paragraphs (3), (4) and (5)" there shall be substituted the words "Subject to the following provisions of this regulation,". (3) After paragraph (5)[5] there shall be added the following paragraphs
