REGISTERS AND RECORDS, SCOTLAND

Act of Sederunt (Fees in the Scottish Record Office) 1990

Made 11th January 1990
Coming into force 1st February 1990

    The Lords of Council and Session, under and by virtue of the powers conferred on them by section 10 of the Public Records (Scotland) Act 1937[1] and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, and with the approval of the Treasury, do hereby enact and declare:
    Citation and commencement
        1.—(1)  This Act of Sederunt may be cited as the Act of Sederunt (Fees in the Scottish Record Office) 1990 and shall come into force on 1st February 1990.

        (2)  This Act of Sederunt shall be inserted in the Books of Sederunt.
    Fees in the Scottish Record Office
        2.    The fees payable in the Scottish Record Office in respect of the matters specified in column 1 of the Table of Fees in the Schedule to this Act of Sederunt shall be the fees specified in relation to these matters in column 2 of that Table and are so payable from the date this Act of Sederunt comes into force.
    Revocation
        3.    The Act of Sederunt (Amendment of Fees in the Scottish Record Office) 1980[2] and the Act of Sederunt (Amendment of Fees in the Scottish Record Office) 1985[3] are hereby revoked.
