NATIONAL HEALTH SERVICE, ENGLAND AND WALES The National Health Service (General Dental Services) Amendment (No. 3) Regulations 1989
1. These Regulations may be cited as the National Health Service (General Dental Services) Amendment (No. 3) Regulations 1989 and shall come into force on 1st October 1989.
2. In regulation 2(1) of the National Health Service (General Dental Services) Regulations 1973[2] (interpretation) in the definition"dental officer" there are substituted for the words"Department of Health and Social Security" the words"Board[3] , of the Department of Health" .
