TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING, ENGLAND AND WALES

The Unitary Development Plans (Greater London and Dudley) (Appointed Day) Order 1989

Made 29th June 1989
Laid before Parliament 6th July 1989
Coming into force 11th August 1989

    The Secretary of State for the Environment in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 4(1) of the Local Government Act 1985[1] , and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:
        1.    This Order may be cited as the Unitary Development Plans (Greater London and Dudley) (Appointed Day) Order 1989 and shall come into force on 11th August 1989.
        2.    11th August 1989 is appointed as the day on which Part I of Schedule 1 to the Local Government Act 1985 shall come into force in the areas of the local planning authorities listed in the Schedule hereto.
