VIDEO RECORDINGS The Video Recordings Act 1984 (Commencement No. 5) Order 1987
(2) This Order does not extend to Scotland. (3) In this Order -
(2) Where a video recording to which paragraph (1) above applies contains another video work not being a work which satisfies the requirements in paragraph (3) below, sections 9 and 10 of the Act shall come into force for the purpose set out in paragraph (1) above only in respect of the video work which satisfies those requirements. (3) The requirements which a video work must satisfy are that -
