7. Funds and other resources available to accountable officers
9. Accountable officers to secure the safe management and use of controlled drugs

The Welsh Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 17, 18, 20(3) and (7) and 79(3) of the Health Act 2006(1), make the following Regulations:
2006 c. 28. The powers of the National Assembly for Wales under sections 17, 18, 20 and 79 of the Health Act 2006 were transferred to the Welsh Ministers in accordance with paragraph 30 of Schedule 11 to the Government of Wales Act 2006 (c. 32). Back [1]
