The Pontypridd and Rhondda National Health Service Trust (Dissolution) Order 2008

The Welsh Ministers in exercise of powers conferred by section 204(1) and paragraph 28(1) of Schedule 3 to the National Health Service (Wales) Act 2006(1) and after completion of the consultation prescribed under paragraph 28(3) of Schedule 3 to that Act(2) hereby make the following Order:

Title and Commencement

1. The Title of this Order is the Pontypridd and Rhondda National Health Service Trust (Dissolution) Order 2008 and it comes into force on 1 April 2008.

Dissolution of NHS Trust

2. The Pontypridd and Rhondda National Health Service Trust established by the Pontypridd and Rhondda National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1998(3) is hereby dissolved, and accordingly that Order is hereby revoked.

This Order provides for the dissolution of Pontypridd and Rhondda National Health Service Trust on 1 April 2008.
