Declarations to be made on the label or packaging of the product:

  • the name “by-products from the production of L-glutamic acid” in the case of product 2.2.1; “by-products from the production of L-lysine” in the case of product 2.2.2;

  • nitrogen, expressed as crude protein;

  • crude ash;

  • moisture;

  • animal species or category;

  • approval number.

2.2.2  Concentrated liquid by-products from the production of L-lysine monohydrochloride by fermentation with Brevibacterium lactofermentum

Declarations to be made on the label or packaging of compound feeding stuffs:

  • percentage of the total crude protein provided by non-protein nitrogen;

  • indication, in the instructions for use, of the level of total non-protein nitrogen which should not be exceeded in the daily ration of each animal species or category.”

Mae'r Rheoliadau hyn yn gwneud diwygiadau pellach i Reoliadau Bwydydd Anifeiliaid (Cymru) 2006 (OS 2006/116 (Cy.14) fel y'u diwygiwyd eisoes gan OS 2006/617 (Cy.69), OS 2006/2928 (Cy.263) ac OS 2006/3256 (Cy.296) (“y Rheoliadau Bwydydd Anifeiliaid”).

Mae'r Rheoliadau hyn yn darparu ar gyfer gweithredu Cyfarwyddeb y Comisiwn 2006/77/EC sy'n diwygio Atodiad I i Gyfarwyddeb 2002/32/EC Senedd Ewrop a'r Cyngor o ran cyfansoddion organoclorin mewn bwyd anifeiliaid (OJ Rhif L271, 30.9.2006, t.53).

Mae'r Rheoliadau yn diwygio Pennod D o Atodlen 5 i'r Rheoliadau Bwydydd Anifeiliaid, yn bennaf drwy —

(a) pennu terfynau newydd mewn perthynas ag aldrin a dieldrin:

(b) pennu terfynau newydd mewn perthynas ag endosylffan mewn olew llysiau crai; ac

(c) rhoi yn lle'r term “fats” y term “fats and oils”, (rheoliad 2(3) ac Atodlen 1).

Mae'r Rheoliadau hefyd yn cywiro gwall hepgor yn Atodlen 6 a gwallau teipograffyddol yn Atodlenni 3 a 7 i Reoliadau Bwydydd Anifeiliaid (rheoliad 2(2), (4) a (5)).
