The National Assembly for Wales, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 1, 7, 8(1), 37, 38(1), 39, 83(2) and 87(2), (3) and (5)(a) of the Animal Health Act 1981(1), and now vested in it(2), makes the following Order:
